If you have any files uploaded onto DeviantArt, you need to read the link provided below. DevArt has been violating their own Terms of Service and by so doing, has claimed permanent partial copyright over any and all material you have ever uploaded onto their site.

Needless to say, you will never see me upload another of my artworks to DevArt. I just finished removing all of my submissions. Even if the chances of my work being used by DevArt are infinitesimally small, the entire principle behind this is offensive and violating. Hopefully this post can make more of the DevArt community aware of this.
